除了cursor偶尔提示Connection failed. If the problem persists, please check your internet connection or VPN。
我发现还有如下问题：
1.vpn软件不能用，在别的电脑测试好好的，在这里就不行。
2.微软网站打不开，https://vscode.github.net.cn/连这个都打不开。
总体感觉有啥限制，很多网络连不上。
请问是系统问题，还是网络问题
