发现 librespeed 提供了 cli 工具来进行测速，可以用公开的 librespeed 测速站来进行 VPS 测速。我尝试过各大学的测速站，只有 南航的测速站 IPv6 可以使用，你也可以用特殊手段来获取互联网上公开的测速服务器，不过一般家宽上行都锁死 50Mbps，所以极限速度肯定是测不了了，只是提供个思路
