今天发现anyrouter响应里有大量的 cannot have both defer_loading=true and cache_control set，这个问题之前一直没有看到过。

经过Google搜索，找到github相关的issue 1,issue 2，原来是ClaudeCode客户端的问题。回想今天正好设置了ENABLE_TOOL_SEARCH: "1"，才触发了这个BUG。
解决方法issue上有提供2种：
回退版本到npm install -g @anthropic-ai/
[email protected]
在settings.json 设置 "ENABLE_TOOL_SEARCH": "false"
我选的是第2种。
