我用的 mac 电脑；
claude code 里已经可以使用 deepseek 的模型，想改为使用免费的其他模型；

但是我已经配置了 openrouter 正确的 apikey，和nvidia/nemotron-3-super-120b-a12b:free；
openrouter 账户里也有余额；
4.我的电脑里安装了 clash这个软件，代理也配置了下面这个，不知道是不是有关系
