调试过程：让codex上网查找了相同情况的case，确认了app remote session是在远端拉起单独的codex remote server，此server与codex cli不同，端口是9234；然后发现远端codex remote server是旧账号的，并且新账号对应的codex remote server试图启动但是因为addr in use失败了。
